The housings and frames are made of electrostatically powder-coated AISI 304 grade stainless steel. Despite the compact modular design, all components are mounted on this frame and are easily accessible from both sides for maintenance.

Sterilization
Constructed with a chamber and jacket made of AISI 316L and AISI 316 Ti stainless steel with a thickness of 6 mm. or 2.5 mm.
Ecosystem
Pipes and fittings are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and MS 58 brass. Electrically and pneumatically operated valves are available.

Doors and panels
It is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and is available in both single and double models with sliding unit. All sterilizers are equipped with AISI 304 quality stainless steel plates. Special plate designs can be made upon request.
Hot and Clean Steam
All sterilizers are heated with wet and saturated steam. Steam can be supplied either through the hospital’s central steam system or built-in electrical steam generator. Steam supply is controlled automaticaly. Purified and emineralized water should be used to provide clean steam.
Door Options
Steam sterilizers can be manufactured with single or double doors (septic-aseptic). The vertical sliding door model is offered with fully automatic or manually operated versions.
