Low Temperature H2O2 Hydrogen Peroxide Gas Sterilization

The hydrogen peroxide is known for its strong oxidizing properties, meaning that it is able to kill bacteria, viruses and other pathogens. Because of this function, hydrogen peroxide is often used as a disinfectant in medical technology. It is used in hospitals, doctor's offices and other medical facilities to sterilize instruments, surfaces and supplies. Through its ability to kill microorganisms, hydrogen peroxide helps prevent infections and reduce the spread of disease.
With our GOLDBERG® H2O2 sterilizers, you can process as many surgical devices as possible in the shortest possible time. The highlight: Prion proteins are inactivated and the risk of prion infectivity on surfaces of medical devices is reduced.

Our plasma sterilization with hydrogen peroxide is environmentally friendly and safe because only oxygen and water vapor are generated during the sterilization process. Conversely, this means that no toxic residues can arise. In addition, the consumables are not explosive, flammable or toxic.
Designed for maximum sterilization at low temperatures, the GOLDBERG® series offers excellent results in the most difficult conditions with its scientific and technological innovations. The highest quality components are used in the manufacture of this device to ensure consistently high performance for many years.
Developed by scientists who are experts in their field, the GOLDBERG® S-Max series allows maximum sterilization at low temperatures in the shortest time thanks to its scientific and technological innovations.

  • Maximum Control
  • Maximum Sterilization
  • Maximum Performance
  • Maximum User-Friendliness
  • Maximum Security
  • Maximum Speed
  • Maximum Cabin Volume

  • Optimized Plasmas disinfect heat-sensitive materials at low thermal loads without significant modifications to the packaging material.
  • Lower Energy consumption.
  • Little Environmental impact from critical Chemicals.
  • No residue problems in the packaging.
  • Easy control and security of the systems (simply by switching off).
  • Systems easy to clean as no problematic chemicals are present after switching off.
  • No water consumption.
  • Non-explosive, flammable and toxic.

Modellmerkmale

  • Touch screen; simple and easy to use; single or double door options
  • Preparing the heat and moisture-sensitive instruments to be used under dry conditions. Prevents the corrosion caused by moisture, extending life span of the instruments. Reduced the maintenance cost.
  • GOLDBERG series plasma sterilization system can be monitored remotely with the help of independent monitoring system to review the cycle parameters. The system is an ideal alternative for rapid and safe sterilization for the instruments requiring low-temperature sterilization.
  • Cylindrical or prismatic sterilization chamber provides a large volume with short (45 minutes) and long (70 minutes) cycle options that enable the user to operate the system fast and effectively. Sterilized instruments are dried and packed with 10-6 Sterility Assurance Level (SAL).
  • Electrical wiring is sufficient to install the GOLDBERG Series devices. Water connection, ventilation, (and subsequent substructure) are not required. Only one square-meter area is sufficient for installation and the device can be moved with the help of its castor system.

  • The injected amount of hydrogen peroxide is constant, being independent of the volume and quantity of the materials to be sterilized.

  • Intake air is cleaned via a HEPA filter.
  • Door sealing is provided by an o-ring.

  • System works with (non-toxic) hydrogen peroxide solution in bottle or cassette and at the end of the sterilization process hydrogen peroxide is converted into oxygen and water vapor. It is absolutely safe for the health care staff, patients, and environment.
  • Device is used for metal or nonmetal medical and electronic materials excluding the ones not resistant to humidity and high temperature such as copper and cellulose based materials.
  • The sterilization process is controlled by a microprocessor.
  • Built-in printer is available.
  • Display shows all cycles and maintenance time.
  • Audible and/or visual alarms with print-out are issued to signal machine faults/malfunctions.
  • Emergency system prevents the opening of the doors until the cycle is over.
  • Pressure is controlled electronically by means of a built-in pressure transducer.
  • Operation Voltage/ Frequency: 220-380 V / 50 Hz.
