Overview

Our activities are as follows:

  • Project planning and preparing scaled blue prints
  • Consulting customers for optimum solutions in terms of area allocation and installation of sterilization units,
  • Choosing appropriate equipment and materials. Installing hygienic air-conditioning system and organizing the dirty-clean areas,
  • Building Central Sterilization Units together with the water, electricity and drain system connections,
  • Setting up units for collecting, separating, washing and decontaminating dirty materials.
  • Building units for preparing, packing, and wrapping, materials to be sterilized.
  • Building storage, distribution and quality control units for the materials to be sterilized.
  • Providing services for installation, testing, validation, and commissioning of washing and disinfection equipment.

STERILIZATION CYCLECentral Sterilization Unit:

Sterilization must not be accepted as a simple process. It must be evaluated like supplying materials for proper medical usage namely a manufacturing process. Sterilization is a sequence of processes that include the transfer of the equipment, cleaning, and decontamination, carrying the equipment to preparation and maintenance area, counting, checking, packing, sterilizing, storing and keeping them sterile till to the area where it is going to be used.

THE FOUR STEPS OF STERILIZATION

DECONTAMINATION

A process during which organic substances are removed from the surface before sterilization and disinfection processes with physical and/or chemical methods to make it safe for a person to touch the materials.

DISINFECTION

It is a process in which substances or microorganisms (bacteria spores excluded) are cleaned or reproduction is stopped. Bacteria spores and mycobacteria are categorized in low, medium and high disinfection according to their effecting levels.

STERILIZATION

VALIDATION

The proof, that sterilization system and process are supplying the predefined condition continuously.
